He was extremely kind, professional, attentive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire rental. Whenever I reached out, he responded promptly and made sure everything was handled smoothly. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his guests and wants them to have a comfortable, positive experience. The entire process was easy and pleasant, and I truly appreciated how courteous and accommodating he was. I would absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend him to others! Super clean car. I got exactly what was clearly written in the description of the Tesla. I was looking specifically for a Tesla with FSD (supervised) and I had booked and contacted like 4 other Tesla turos that lmk they didn’t have FSD. Joseph got to me quickly when I initially needed help to get it going. It was a great experience in a Tesla and it really helped me drive solo on a long road trip. I had done my research ahead and knew I would have to pay for the supercharge bills afterwards. I used the Tesla app easily to understand where, what rate, and how much each charge would cost me. Ymmv if you’re not very good at apps or full plug ins but Tesla is def the most convenient of full EV. Maybe a little more expensive than other Tesla turos in SoCal but this was available for my small travel window. I would recommend WHN and Joseph.

I rented the Ford Fusion from Tracy who is a five star host and had a great experience. The Fusion drives so smooth has very cool air conditioning. The Fusion can seat up to five and has a huge trunk space. I recommend renting from Tracy if you want a great Turo car rental.
