This was my first time using Turo. It was the most interactive experience I have ever had renting a car. While a little confusing since it’s a different (and much more personal) experience the host and customer service teams obviously care that the customer gets a very good experience. The host’s car performed very well and it was well cared for. When I had a question he was quick to respond. I hope I can rent my next car from Turo. The price is right and lots of value for the money.

The Kia Forte worked out well for us. Although the Palm Springs airport parking lot is getting increasingly crowded, we were able to pick up and drop off the vehicle relatively easily, the car worked as expected and communication with the owner was easy. I would rent the car and from the owner again.
