That car was in excellent shape and a great car to rent. I do want future renters to be aware of two things: The host stated that parking fees were the renters responsibility at the airport. He gave me address where I would not have to pay saying it was a 3-5 minute walk. First, it was a 15 minute walk in 100 degree Palm Springs weather. Second, Turo advised that the host is responsible for ALL airport parking fees not the renter. The host was not transparent in who was responsible for the airport parking fees OR how far the car was actually parked outside of the airport.

I’m disappointed by this review because it presents the situation in a way that I believe is unfair and misleading. The pickup instructions and location were communicated to you, and there was no intention to mislead you about parking or the vehicle’s location. If you had concerns about the walking distance or parking arrangements, you had the opportunity to contact me so I could address them. I take my responsibilities as a host seriously and always try to provide clear instructions
