We had an amazing experience! The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made everything smooth from pickup to drop-off. The car was in excellent condition—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.
We especially loved the Full Self-Driving (FSD) feature. It was such an impressive experience and made driving around Los Angeles much more enjoyable and relaxing. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.
Thank you for providing such a fantastic car and outstanding service. We would absolutely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great Turo experience!

Car was driven from airport to hotel parking which took about 13 minutes, 17 miles. Parked overnight and by next day, the rear passenger tire had lost about 8psi. Host immediately accused me as responsible for a “nail” without knowing any other detail.
Prior to trip starting, host had sent a screenshot of tire pressures with low tire pressure already indicated, with the tire in question quite overfilled with air. Tire was also notably worn. Reservation was cancelled much earlier than expected and vehicle was returned.
The day after returning his vehicle, this host also accused me of taking this Tesla key card when he couldn’t find it, he never even gave me one.
TL;DR: car was received with air leak and host accused me as being at fault after barely having the car. Document and take note of everything if you really have to make a reservation with this one. Otherwise, pass.

Great experience renting from Travis! He was an excellent host and a great communicator throughout the trip. He was very responsive and helpful with any questions or issues I had. The car was great, and I would definitely rent from him again. Highly recommend!
