Car was clean and just what we needed! CarPlay USB port stopped working, but we made due with it

Had 1 issue with the wheel that could've been bad but crisis averted and Gabe was professional and accommodating.

Gabe was great to work with! He is very personable and understanding. The Polestar is in great condition and you can tell how well it is taken cared of. We would definitely work with Gabe again!

There were understandable delays with pickup,
but I assumed a discount would be offered, unfortunately no concession was given.
That being said, the four stars is because the overdue maintenance light kept coming on the entire trip which takes up the whole display and the tires are bald.

Sorry you weren’t totally satisfied Denise. As far as the discount that came in the form of free charging with my Evgo and ChargePoint accounts. I am unable to change pricing or give any type of discount on rental once it’s booked. I did send you a 15% off coupon (the max I can send). And I do apologize as well about the “inspection light” that has to be reset by the dealer and came on the day before the rental. However, tires are at 6/32 and in range. The performance tires often look low.
Gabe was great, he made sure the car was clean when we received it, walked us through the specifics of this car and gave us some of his time helping educate us if we end up buying an electric car in the future! The car itself was a delight to drive, and we had a great time on our trip. Would rent again from Gabe AND would rent this car again too.
