Great alternative to expensive car rental companies

Justin was very nice. He aven cleaned the car with vinegar/water for me due to my allergy to perfumed cleaning products. He was exactly on time for the pickup. I enjoyed driving this Toyota Prius, which handled well and was very comfortable. With gas prices high using a hybrid car was great.

Great car, despite its 12-year age! Good gas mileage for an SUV and the Bluetooth and backup camera technologies still work extremely well. Drove the car for multiple hours across 3 days with no problems whatsoever.

Super clean car and amazing communication with the owner. Was able to extend the trip with ease and the owner was extremely helpful through the entire process. Would recommend and definitely rent again if I find myself back in the area!

Very clean car and excellent service! Very prompt in response and the car was parked so close by to the baggage claim, helped a lot with the children and luggage! Also gave Very good car seats and that took off the stress of traveling with car seats and made our trip very easy and a pleasure! It was mostly great. Returning was a little confusing bc the address given wasn’t the correct location but Lilian and I figured it out. The car gets great gas mileage, was clean, and had no issues.

The car was very clean and had no issues to lookout for. The hosts were wonderful in responding and helping with any questions I had. I would recommend this car and hosts to anyone else looking to rent a car. A great part about this car too is that they have the option to add snow chains for snow trips.

First of all, what a great car! The 4Runner was amazing and had absolutely no issues throughout the rental. Second, Numair was incredibly kind and helpful. He answered all of my questions and assisted me throughout the entire rental experience. His communication was excellent — he replied within minutes every time. What really stood out was that after my trip, I accidentally left an item in the vehicle, and Numair was kind enough to hold onto it so I could pick it up later. That level of customer service is probably not something you get with every Turo rental, but it definitely made this experience exceptional. Overall, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I would absolutely rent from Numair again. Really loved the 4Runner!
