Great experience overall. The car was easy to locate and exactly where it was supposed to be. Russ was very thoughtful and proactive. Once he realized we weren’t arriving by flight, he quickly coordinated an alternate pickup location so we could avoid additional airport fees. The Tesla was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with helpful extras in case we needed them. Communication was smooth throughout the trip, and the entire process felt easy and stress-free. Would definitely rent again!

This is the easiest car rental I have ever had. Johnny picked me up just outside bagage claim. The car was immaculate and I had no trouble during the rental. Drop off was also really easy. Johnny met me right at the departure door at SJC. Communication was excellent. Would definitely rent from Johnny again!

Car rental was smooth and easy! The new tesla model Y 2026 drives really well and it comes with FSD HW4 so the technology is really impressive. Would recommend anyone to rent again if you want to enjoy the latest self driving technology.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! The Tesla was in excellent condition, clean, comfortable, and fun to drive. The Full Self-Driving feature was a highlight of our trip and worked very well on longer drives. Christopher was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating. He made the entire process easy and stress-free, and was always available to answer questions. One of the best Turo experiences we’ve had. Highly recommended, and we would happily rent from Christopher again in the future.
