John was a great host! He greeted me at pickup and gave me a helpful overview of the Model Y. The car was super clean, and FSD was amazing to use. Great experience overall!

My first time using Turo. The rental was great, it just took some time adapting to all electric vehicles. Minor electric glitches I was not used to, but the host is great and very responsive

Unfortunately the guest booked a car that was far away from where she lived, she left a less than satisfactory review for “location”. Additionally, she used a damaged charging cable in the USB-C charge port which caused the cable to melt and caused damage to the port. The car was inspected throughly and there are no electrical issues other than the ones she caused 😁
Great car and great host. Car was super clean and easy pickup/dropoff situation. Host is super communicative and amenable. Would rent from this host and this car again.
