First of all, what a great car! The 4Runner was amazing and had absolutely no issues throughout the rental.
Second, Numair was incredibly kind and helpful. He answered all of my questions and assisted me throughout the entire rental experience. His communication was excellent — he replied within minutes every time.
What really stood out was that after my trip, I accidentally left an item in the vehicle, and Numair was kind enough to hold onto it so I could pick it up later. That level of customer service is probably not something you get with every Turo rental, but it definitely made this experience exceptional.
Overall, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I would absolutely rent from Numair again. Really loved the 4Runner!
