Overall, a great experience renting from Luis. Communication was good, instructions were clear, and pickup and drop-off were seamless. The car was super clean and drove well. This was my first time driving a Tesla, and I really enjoyed it, especially the FSD and how the navigation planned charging stops based on where we were going. We put quite a few miles on it exploring Southern California. I expected a little more range from the Long Range model, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. Overall, a positive experience. I’d definitely rent from Luis again.

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. I was in the area for a very short trip, decided I wanted a Tesla to drive me around and I’m so glad I landed on this one. Jason and his team were exceptional, kind, personable and human (silly to say maybe, but seemingly rare these days). The car was nice and really cool for someone new to Tesla as a whole, but the experience i received from Jason Co. was way cooler. Absolutely top notch in every aspect. I’d make a special trip to LAX just to rent this car from this crew again! Thanks for the laughs and incredible service!

This is going to be a long amazing review so buckle up. 😂 First of all we had never done Turo, been in a Tesla, or driven a Tesla (well we didn’t drive the Tesla bc it was self driving 😂) So we had an INCREDIBLE experience with all three. Junsu, was WONDERFUL to work with!!! I have to tell you the whole story of what happened to me. I took the Tesla from Los Angeles to Oceanside California. Going there I had no problems. Then……it was one of the scariest days I’ve ever had. I left Oceanside at 12:30 to go back to Los Angeles and at 4:00 somehow I was back in Oceanside. A fire broke out and they closed Highway 5. I was so scared because I couldn’t get any cell service for awhile, the gps wasn’t working for a bit, and the traffic lights were out. I ended up in a neighborhood somewhere and I couldn’t get out. It was all grid locked. It was like I was in a movie. So I called Junsu and wow, he helped me soooooo much!!! He saw that the gps kept rerouting me to highway 5 so he put in another address for me from his phone and got me home!!!! It was supposed to be an hour and a half trip back home and it took me 8 hours. I’ve never been that scared bc I couldn’t find a way to get home. And Junsu HELPED ME SOOOOOO MUCH!! He checked in with me like 5 times to make sure I was ok. Then…..the next day, he helped me again. I went to get the car charged and I was in a very unsafe area downtown close to our hotel (we were at a conference there) so he got me out of there by rerouting me. If I could give him a 20 star review I would!! We are team Tesla….that car was life changing on this trip. We will get one when we buy our next car and Junsu was just the BEST!!!!!! Amazing host and the best car ever! Everyone visiting California should rent a Tesla with FSD, and Genesis cars is the best host for that!

Karapet's Tesla is extremely new. He is a very patient host, and the car is super clean with the full version of FSD. Everything went so smoothly, even though he seems to be a host who just started the car rental business. I strongly suggest he remove the external password lock, as it may scratch the glass—sharing the key via the Tesla app would be much more convenient and hassle-free. Wish him all the best, and I'll definitely rent from him again next time

We rented this Cybertruck during our sons’ Junior Olympics trip, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The truck was incredible—clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described (if not even better!). It made the entire experience that much more memorable. The host was outstanding. He was incredibly accommodating, responded to every message almost immediately, and made the entire rental process seamless from start to finish. It’s rare to find someone who is both professional and genuinely helpful. If we’re ever back in California, I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again.
