I had a great experience renting this Tesla Model Y and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Los Angeles. The host was excellent from start to finish—very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The car was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained when I picked it up. I really enjoyed driving the Tesla around Los Angeles, especially how smooth, quiet, and fun it was to drive. The entire rental process was easy and convenient, and the car was perfect for getting around the city. Overall, I had a wonderful trip and was very happy with the experience. I would definitely rent from this host again on my next visit to LA!

Worst return possible highly recommend getting the full insurance these guys are out to get you extra money and asked for Venmo reimbursement of a false claim. Run. and take your business else where. They also changed the pickup and drop off at the airport at the last minute and say they are trying to save you money when the cab to their drop off point is super expensive.

We want to clarify that the Tesla Supercharging costs were incurred during your trip and were valid charges. When we requested reimbursement, you threatened us and blackmailed us with a 1 star review if we charged you. You also declined responsibility for the parking ticket and wheel damage. The car was returned with trash inside and drinks spilled on the floor mats. We informed you about Turo’s new LAX policy prior to your trip.

Pickup and drop off were simple, communication was quick and friendly, and the FSD feature made exploring LA incredibly enjoyable. Everything worked flawlessly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from this host again.
