I rented a Ford Transit that can accommodate a large group. I often rent this type of vehicle from other hosts through Turo, but this particular van was especially clean and well-maintained. The location was also convenient—fairly close to LAX and near a large shopping mall, which made it easy to park my own car. I originally planned to rent it for two days but ended up changing it to just one day. While I understood there wouldn’t be a refund, the host kindly offered me a 15% off coupon instead. I’d love to rent from them again before the coupon expires.
I am very very happy that I chose this car and this company during my stay in Los Angeles. The service was very professional and Ivan was helpful and friendly. The car I rented was in excellent condition, clean and well maintained. The whole rental process was easy and efficient, without any problems, very good contact with Ivan. Additionally, the price was very good for a week. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and honest car rental company. Amazing car! Cruising through five states was easy and comfortable. MPG after 3300 miles was 27,5 which is great for SUV. I would totallt rent it again!

This was my first time using Turo but after a bait and switch at a traditional car rental place I wanted to get the car i picked out and Turo does this. I was not disappointed. Tosh ( the host) ) was great. The vehicle was exactly as described. We had fun using it. I would definitely use Turo again and if back in L.A. I would absolutely use Tosh's Bronco.
