I had an amazing time with this car and host. So much so, when I turned it in a day early, I told the host to keep the change. Didn’t even ask for an adjustment because I was so satisfied with the service and how easy the process was. I’m never going to rent a car from those regular car rental companies anymore, Toro is it for me. Such a better experience and process.
Here’s a polished review you can paste: The host and his team are A1. Pickup was excellent and very smooth. The shuttle from the terminal to the garage was a breeze, and the walk to the parking garage was easy as well. The car was in prestige condition, very clean, and well taken care of. The Kia Carnival Hybrid was excellent for our family of 5. We fit 3 full-size bags, 6 carry-ons, and a stroller with no problem. The van was also great for driving around Los Angeles, and the hybrid system helped save gas while going around town. Highly recommend this host and vehicle!

I rented a car through Turo for a little over 40 days, and honestly, even though I ran into a few issues, I would definitely use Turo again. At the beginning, my reservation was canceled because of a driver’s license verification issue, and about a week into the trip, the car’s battery stopped working. Later, I also had some billing issues that took a few calls to sort out. What really impressed me was Turo’s customer support. Every time I needed help, I was able to reach a real person quickly. All of the agents were kind, professional, and genuinely willing to help solve my problem. As someone from Brazil, English is not my first language, but every representative was patient and made sure they understood my situation. That made a huge difference during a stressful trip. No company is perfect, and problems can happen. What matters is how those problems are handled, and Turo did a great job. I truly hope they never lose the human side of their customer service, because that’s what made me trust the company. Despite the challenges, I’m very happy with the support I received, and I would absolutely rent through Turo again. 🧡

Had great communication with the host. When I got the car I couldn’t find the keys and he responded in less then a minute. The interior of the car could be in better conditions, the seat covers had wholes in them. But no issues with the car! Would rent again from them

(And of course so is Estella our lovely little Kia) check in and check out was so smooth , Lucas made it incredibly easy and convenient for us and even went out of his way to drop us off at the airport to get us to our flights on time with no stress at all.
