Great experience overall! The Kia Sorento was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were quick and easy, and the host was friendly and responsive. I actually booked this car because my family and I are currently looking for a new vehicle, and I wanted to experience the Sorento firsthand. After driving it, I can definitely say it helped me make up my mind about what vehicle I’d like to buy in the future. Great family SUV and an excellent rental experience. I would definitely recommend!

Overall we had a fine experience, and everything with the car itself was great. Really nice ride.
The only issue was the child seat add-on. I had messaged ahead to request a rear-facing toddler seat, but the car seat was accidentally left behind at pickup. We followed them to their office to get one, but they only had a rear-facing infant seat or forward-facing toddler seats available, so we ended up having to purchase a rear-facing toddler seat ourselves. We were also still charged the child seat fee despite not being able to use one of their seats. Aside from that, everything else was great. Really nice car, and pickup/drop off location was easy to navigate to.
