Mostly my unfamiliarity with this car was my issue. They were responsive and helpful and offered a swap, but I was used to it and on the other side of the island. I’d rent from them again, though I’ll try a different car next time.

Thor was super easy to work with. What made the rental awesome was the gas. 4 adults drove 430 miles on a tank of gas! Super comfortable van, drove like a champ! Zero complaints! Crazy NOT to rent this van if you have a group!

We picked it up after landing at Hilo Airport and used it to get around Hilo town and nearby areas with no issues at all. The truck is very well equipped, clean, and comfortable, and it felt reliable the entire time. Everything was seamless. The car was extremely clean and ran beautifully. Price was less than similar cars. Pick up and drop off were a breeze. Directions from owner were clear and easy to follow. I had never used the service before and owners were quick to respond when I reached out. It was a a perfect experience.
