Had a great experience with this Turo! The hosts were very accommodating, especially when I needed to extend my trip. They communicated very well throughout the entire process and made everything super easy and stress-free. The car was also very comfortable and drove great. Would definitely rent from them again!

The car was nice and clean, the pick up and drop off location was a breeze it was just a few mins walk outside the cruise port . The host was amazing and the communication was excellent. It’s our first turo car rental from Jacob and we highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing rental experience! This Toyota Tacoma was perfect for our trip, smooth ride, great power, and handled beautifully on grass and local roads. We picked it up after landing at Hilo Airport and used it to get around Hilo town and nearby areas with no issues at all. The truck is very well equipped, clean, and comfortable, and it felt reliable the entire time. Everything was seamless. Clean and nice. Included the charger which came in handy, with multiple charging docs in the back and front! Jeremy was awesome with communication, accommodating and even helped change our pick up and drop off location. We had 4 women in the car and felt like we were safe and in a good car!
