I’d give 6 stars if I could. Very convenient with delivery, especially if you come in on the inter-island hopper. Car was great, ac worked great, tinted windows to keep the heat out, great fuel economy. Excellent communication with the owner, always responds within 5-10 minutes (this was for planning, we had zero issues with the car during the rental). Would rent from again and definitely recommend to anyone.
Excellent Turo Experience The van was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and high quality. It was also surprisingly fuel-efficient, which made the trip even better. The Host was extremely friendly and made both the pickup and return processes incredibly easy and convenient. Everything was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely rent from this Host again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great Turo experience!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing rental experience! This Toyota Tacoma was perfect for our trip, smooth ride, great power, and handled beautifully on grass and local roads. We picked it up after landing at Hilo Airport and used it to get around Hilo town and nearby areas with no issues at all. The truck is very well equipped, clean, and comfortable, and it felt reliable the entire time. Everything was seamless. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend this truck to anyone visiting the Big Island looking for a solid, dependable ride. Mahalo! 🤙🏽

Mostly my unfamiliarity with this car was my issue. They were responsive and helpful and offered a swap, but I was used to it and on the other side of the island. I’d rent from them again, though I’ll try a different car next time.
