Great experience with the vehicle and host. It worked great navigating the national park and around town. To say Cheryl was great is an understatement, very kind and accompanying. Highly recommend using!

Communication - good
Vehicle itself ran great with a few minor issues. One being the starter , would have to double crank to start , and right headlight was out from when I picked it up. Cleaned car and a comment was made saying what did I do to her car and if I had a party in the car, it was the white lint from the dashboard cleaning wipes. Was a little taken back by the comment even after I had received the car not previously cleaned from the guest before.

This was my first time ever trying out Turo. I must say this is way better than using a mainstream rental like Budget, Alamo etc. Cheryl was the one to pop my Turo for the first time. She was definitely a great host and showed Aloha from start to finish. I will definitely use Turo and hopefully Cheryl as a host. Her vehicle, Sylvia, was very clean and efficient. Mahalo Nui loa Cheryl for everything and Malama Pono to you and your family.
