Cleanest nicest truck to rent 👌 we rent every week for work.

This was my very first time using Turo and being in Hilo Hawaii! The Car was clean and ran good! The seat belt alarm occasionally goes off even with all seats buckled but besides that no issues! Great on gas! And Nova was reliable, on time, and communicative! Car was parked right outside my hostel which made it an easy pick up! If you’re planning on going to Mauna kea this car won’t be able to make the trip due to not being AWD or 4x4 but everywhere else she will get you there! Would recommend to a friend and definitely rent again!

The car was great for the price! Small but fits four people and bags and is easy to park. A couple of this to note: the seatbelt sensor for the drivers seat doesn’t always register when a seatbelt is buckled and the sensor goes off. The A/C works well for some of the settings but not others. The Bluetooth takes some time to work but works best when the phone is plugged directly into the car. Overall good experience!

We had a great experience renting this 2010 Chevrolet Express for our group of 10 while visiting Hawaii. The van was exactly what we needed for a full day exploring Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park—plenty of room for both passengers and our gear. The pickup location was an easy, quick walk from the cruise port, which made the process incredibly convenient. Communication throughout the rental was excellent; the host was responsive, clear, and easy to work with from start to finish. If you’re traveling with a larger group and need reliable transportation to see the island’s highlights, this van is a great option. We’d happily rent from this host again! 🚐🌋🌺

Big Mahalos for allowing us to use this rental. Car was clean and runs smoothly. We ran into issues with our flight being canceled, then rebooked and changed several times and the hosts were sweet enough to accommodate my many changes in pick up times and really took away from the stress of situation. Definitely will be trying to rent from them in December when we come back if possible

My husband and decided to rent a car last minute because we needed a part for our jeep and we drive over saddle every day so this was a huge help. They were so helpful. They even came and picked me up to take me to the pick up location for the Car initially. Last minute we needed to extend the car for a few more days and luckily it was available. I absolutely loved this car! The host was very friendly and gave great instructions on where the car was parked, as well as included a really good car seat for my 1 year old. I would definitely love to rent this car again! 10/10 recommend!!
