The host was responsive, pickup/drop off was easy, and the car drove very well! However, there was unfortunately a roach/bug issue inside the vehicle during my trip. I noticed multiple roaches in the interior, which would get worse at night, and it made the experience uncomfortable despite everything else being good. Otherwise, the rental experience was solid.

Easy to locate. Called or texted to unlock vehicle which was simple and fast. The car was clean and nice to drive with no malfunctions.
Things I would have preferred easier access to the back seat belt for my littles and I also would have preferred no air freshener in the car. I have seen people use essential oil diffusers for safer and less overwhelming scent.
