Mahalo Jacob for the great hospitality!!! I would recommend using any of Jacob’s vehicles! The 2026 Toyota Sienna was perfect for our trip. 4 adults and a child fit comfortably. Our reservation included a child booster and a cooler which we utilized for our long drives across the island. We appreciate you Braddah Jacob!

“We had an incredible experience renting from them on Turo. During our trip, the roads had a lot of rocks and debris from the recent earthquake, and unfortunately we drove over some of them and got a flat tire. Even though it was completely unexpected and out of anyone’s control, they went above and beyond by driving over two hours to come help us and get everything taken care of. They were so kind, caring, and professional the entire time, and they truly treated us like family instead of just customers. Their level of customer service and genuine concern meant so much to us. We are beyond grateful for everything they did, and without a doubt we will be renting from them again in the future. Highly, highly recommend!”

Very nice host and had great little touches like trash cans and wipes. Ended early just cause my older adults wanted more room and nobody wants to be a middle seater.

The pick up location was very ideal. Jacob is very nice and accommodating. He even prepared a small bag of small necessities, so convenient! Along with that, there is a QR code on the bag for recommendations on what to do at Hilo. Everything was great working with Jacob!

The car was very clean and well maintained. Although it is a little older, it performed very well and we had no problems at all. We truly appreciated Dan’s support, and we would be happy to rent from him again next time.
