Zhen was already waiting for me at the parking stall. My flight was delayed so I picked up the rental later than expected. Everything was smooth upon picking up the van and during my visit in Hilo. The only issue I had was when the tire blew out on the last night; I had to call my uncle to change out the tire.
Guest hit something and damaged the almost brand new van with 5 k miles on it, total the tire and TPMS SENSOR, cost over $400 , and week later, still not paid the damage! Not worth it!

The Toyota van was awesome. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the remote unlocking feature during pick up which resulted in an hour wait while Zhen came in person to open it.
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, due to the Toyota App server was down for that time and we drove 30 miles to help out our guest to get access to the van , and meanwhile we paid full Uber to transport the guest to their hotel. We will keep our commitment to service our guests 🤙🤗 Mahalo
