Guang’s truck camper was the perfect edition to our trip to big island to check on our land and officially glamp on our property for the first time. Guang was very responsive, kind, flexible with pickup and drop off timing, and made our logistics super easy, despite arriving in super rainy weather.
The trick drove very well, easy to handle turns without feeling top heavy, and intuitive to operate the camper. Amenities, such as a complementary soft blanket, sheets, cups, silverware, wine opener, plates, lighter, paper towels, toilet paper, etc., were a lovely edition.
Previous review mentioned issue with wheel leaking air. No problems for us. Kindly, Guang showed us a recent tire replacement install receipt to provide updated improvements.
Overall, our trip was absolutely wonderful and if you want a stylishly convenient glamp up set-up, definitely enjoy a rental car with the added bonus of a camper pop-up to make adventuring around the big island a breezy, enjoyable stay! Mahalo Guang!

Pricey rig to have two trashed tires for the turo rental. Nice couple yes but can not get over the fact both front tires. Were in horrid shape. Asked if repair or replacement would be reinbursed, silence. Truck 4x4 did worked. ac was cold. camper was usefuk. To avoid lodging and enjoy the big island. Pullows and blanket were useful. Be mindful topper clamps may come undone on their own. MPG was 12.8 and if lucky 13 miles per gallon. No where close to the advertised 20. Its a heavy load and under power setup. Spent every day inflating the problematic tire multiple times. Got lucky it did not blow up. Kind renter but we differ perspectives on tire safety and cocerns. Have photos to prove it all and messages.

Listen, the truck drove and we slept in it so it performed the functions that we required. HOWEVER the pictures DO NOT show the current state of the truck. Some things are just not ok like 1 of the 4 locks that keep the camper shut us broke so it makes it hard to close and it’s at risk of breaking while you’re using it. The inside is so worn, things are rickety trying to live a second life. The cushions are pancakes, and your comfort is non-existent. Bring your own sleeping bag.
Even the cabin had like weird temporary flooring stapled into the floor under the front driver and passenger floor.
