Car was good, needs wireless charging pad for phones, but otherwise perfect, range was good if you know how to drive a Tesla I drove to and from Indio just fine, also the car manager is extremely helpful, would rent again!

Nji is a professional and was great to work with. I highly recommend. There was an issue with pickup - a miscommunication that Nji took responsibility for but could easily have been attributed to last minute booking on my part (less than 24 hours). Nji offered a satisfactory resolution, going above and beyond to make it right. The car was incredible and in excellent condition. Pick-Up location from LAX is as easy as described. While on the trip, Nji responded to messages and questions I had about the car. This was my first Turo rental and first Tesla rental - so it was all new to me. But I would definitely do it again based on this experience. Tesla X Plaid and Full Self Drive - amazing and as advertised!
