Kia rental in Gardena, CA

I was more than happy to leave this review because I truly want it to be known that this host was everything I could have asked for and more — and the car was even better. The white Kia Sedona was extremely clean, well kept, and drove great. Pickup was easy and smooth, and I really appreciated how straightforward everything was from the start. Any issues during this trip were completely on my end and my responsibility. Unfortunately, I ran into some unexpected personal issues during my reservation that made things far more difficult than anticipated, and I’ll be the first to admit I was not the easiest renter during this time. That said, when I communicated with the host, he was understanding, patient, and genuinely helpful in working through things with me. For example, when I needed to extend my trip, he clearly explained what would work and what wouldn’t, and we were able to come to an agreement that made a huge difference in helping me rearrange my plans. That flexibility and clarity alone took a massive amount of stress off an already overwhelming situation. Throughout the entire experience, the one consistent bright spot was the host’s professionalism and calm demeanor. During a very stressful and unexpected trip, it was a relief not to feel pressured or attacked, and I truly appreciate how he handled everything, so again Thank you a thousand times ! 🙏🏼☺️ &I just want to say how extremely sorry I am for any inconvenience I caused to the host, or to the next party that whose plans I more then likely ruined or made ten times more difficult!😒 It was never my intention . I would absolutely rent from him again without hesitation — though I wouldn’t blame him one bit if he decided to pass on me next time 😅. Either way, I’m incredibly grateful for how he handled the situation and wanted to make sure his efforts as a host were fully recognized. Highly recommend this host and vehicle.

This was by far the smoothest time I’ve ever had renting a vehicle. I will never ever go back to the Rent-A-Car places. This is my new favorite way to rent a car and that car the Kia carnival was so spacious so clean it fit all our bags and there was six of us and we still had plenty of room left. I will be telling all my friends about Your establishment and to look up your cars on Turo before they rent from someplace else!

Car is great for manual. Bluetooth was hard to connect to at first but got hang of it. Would rent again.

Miguel was extremely professional, courteous, and communicative throughout the entire rental experience. He even delivered the car directly to my hotel, which was very convenient. I had to apologize because, due to jet lag from a long-haul flight, I wasn’t able to wake up in time for the initial delivery. Miguel was incredibly understanding and graciously returned later without any issues, which I greatly appreciated. The car was in excellent condition, very well maintained, and performed flawlessly during my time driving around Los Angeles. I experienced no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend Miguel and his vehicles to anyone looking for a smooth, reliable, and hassle-free car rental experience in LA. Thank you, Miguel, for providing such outstanding service!

Amazing car, super clean and run smoothly had no troubles whatsoever. The check-in/out was the easiest to do. The only mishap I found is that this specific pickup location is near LAX therefore has an airport fee of 10%. Even if you’re not picking up at the airport. When I talked to CS they said just for the proximity to the airport it was added, the fee goes completely to the airport so is not something that can be reimbursed to you from Turo or the host so a big fyi. However, the price range was little below the average so that kinda balanced a little bit the total! I would totally rent here again!
