The car was reasonably clean upon pickup. It also drove quite well given its age.
However it would be nice if the host could pay a little more attention to detail, such as adding windshield washer fluid (there was none left upon pickup), solving the tire pressure monitor fault, and adopting an app for the car (using key card for the entire trip wasn’t the most convenient).
Communication with Ryan was hit or miss as some of my questions went unanswered but not a huge deal. Pickup location could also be optimized as LAX Budget parking lot doesn’t get many shuttle buses going on so there might be quite a long wait to get to

Most of these concerns were never mentioned during the trip, so I’m surprised to see them raised afterward. The car is only 4 years old, and the tires are in excellent condition; the TPMS warning is simply from one failed sensor, which Tesla has backordered. Washer fluid was present at pickup and was used during the trip. Key cards are standard Tesla best practice and a backup. LAX Budget is Turo-approved, and shuttle service is outside my control.
I enjoyed the Tesla, and had a great time in LA as well. Don’t hesitate to book Ryan’s Tesla , it’s a smooth ride and he is responsive to his clients as well. Will book with him again . Thanks !
