We enjoyed Ryan's Tesla Y on our trip to LA. The car was clean and in great condition. Ryan was responsive and a great communicator. I would definitely rent from him again.

Car has significant wear and tear, curb rash on rims, seats have some staining. No physical key was offered which resulted in a few high stress situations with a dying phone, and a big hassle with vallet. Pickup instructions are not clear, host provides a long list of instructions for various pickup locations that you have to read through and interpret. I was also charged for damages I didn’t cause

This review is misleading. The vehicle’s condition is well within excellent condition for being 4 years old and is documented pre-trip, and the disputed damage was later acknowledged by this guest and eventually paid for by him. The key card issue was due to a last-minute loss, but full instructions (sent well before the trip) clearly explain app access, something many past guests follow without issue and note as a smooth pickup.
