The car owner replied to the message in a timely manner and solved the problem effectively. Excellent.

The car was nice. It’s new and well maintained. FSD was very helping. Just note that host will not share temporary access in the Tesla app. So get prepared for inconvenience of having to tap the key car every time while lock/unlock, starting the car, using trunks, and not able to adjust vehicle temperature ahead, getting alerts about charging time/cost. Still the car itself is good except these inconvenience.

Thanks for the feedback! As previously explained, unfortunately we’re unable to provide full access on our Tesla app due to security & safety reasons, as it gives unrestricted control of the vehicle, and more. This is also Not standard practice among other Turo hosts. Access is provided via the key card to ensure a smooth and secure experience for all parties. Also, the vehicle was returned with damage which was documented & is currently being handled through the proper channels.
