Eric, made renting this vehicle a breeze. All the instructions were clear for pick-up and drop-off. All of the extra information given for charging the vehicle was very helpful. The vehicle was nice and clean from the inside out. Very spacious and comfortable. I had some issues with figuring out how to charge it as a new EV car user and Eric was very understanding and communicative to ensure I was okay. I would definitely rent with Eric again.
