If you want a car that gets you from point A to point B this is it. We booked a different car that had the features we wanted and hours before our trip they had to cancel it for a noise it made but we got charged an extra $20 to book another car that didnt have the features we wanted. We should have got refunded. Also there is a smell when you start the car up, like the filter needs to be changed out or something. Also the brakes needs a replacement because you had to press very hard to brake in time.

I also understand your frustration with the last-minute cancellation and rebooking costs. However, cancellations, refunds, and price adjustments are handled entirely by Turo and are outside of a host’s control. Thank you again for your feedback.
