Everything with the vehicle itself was great, and I have no complaints about the rental. However, I did want to make you aware of an issue I encountered during pickup. A neighbor from across the street stopped in the middle of the street to question me. Despite me explaining three separate times that I was renting a Turo, she continued to press for information and photographed me, my car, and my license plates, even after I unlocked the car and showed her the key in my hand. This intrusive behavior was unnecessary, and I suggest potentially leaving the car somewhere else for future guests to avoid this situation happening again. Thanks, Kriss

I wish I could give more than 5 ⭐️ because he deserves over 100 ⭐️ when I first booked he was there to answer any and every question I had no matter how stupid it seemed to me! He also asked if my trip was going good and let me extend the car also did I mention he let me pick the car up a day in advance! He was there for any and every question. This was my first time renting from Turo so it was definitely a breeze I would recommend him to anyone looking to rent a car! He is more than respectful & understanding I will definitely be coming back again tomorrow to rent again! The car was easy to access upon pickup. The host was kind and even though it was his first time you couldn’t tell. He was responsive and worked with me as I was about 10 minutes late to drop off. The car drives and handles well.
