This was all VERY confusing for a first time customer! I got little to no help but I figured it out. The other thing that happened was that the rear view mirror fell off TWICE making for an illegal and dangerous circumstance.

I hate to write this because the process is good quick and easy I don't want everyone to rent from him when I need to but great host and my all time favorite to rent from
