What a GREAT experience !
This was my first time renting an EV and I did have some reservations about it only because of my lack of experience.
However, Eric made the entire experience, very EASY and PLEASANT. He answered all of my questions and even offered some suggestions about things that I had not even thought of.
I never felt alone and felt like he was always available if I needed him.
Also, I did not feel smothered nor did I feel like someone was always looking over my shoulder.
Eric gave me the appropriate amount of space to enjoy his car and our weekend in Colorado Springs.
I would highly recommend renting from Eric without hesitation.
