The quality of the car was just as advertised. It was clean, roomy and exactly what we needed to show our out-of-town guests around Charlotte. Ola was easy to work with, prompt, had the vehicle ready for pick up, and spent a lot of time showing me the vehicle, it's features, and how to hook up my phone and music. He also spent time with me explaining the Turo app, as I was a first time Turo customer. I would definitely rent from him again.
