Great car horrible host . Trip started at 12 I had to reach out to see where the car was . Then 10 mins later he said he was running late. (Cool life happens) then he said the car was at the location I walked around 3 times in 95 degree and with my suitcases then he sent. A message saying it’s a parking garage with a different address. 4 min to walk Then I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs then I had to pay 12 to get out of parking deck. Which I didn’t not agree with. He was supposed to give my a discount for him not been on time which I know was not gong to happen but he did charge me 50 for improper return cause I return back to the address I picked it up from . Lucky all the messages was in the app
