Lexus rental in Charlotte, NC

Clement was a pleasure to work with! He was waiting right outside baggage claim for us with the car. His car (Lexus 550) was spotless- he had waters, bear spray, and a phone charger in the car for us. Having an SUV was so useful for not only the space but also for the roads around Glacier National Park. His communication was always timely- we would absolutely rent from him again.

Before I start you have to understand this car is 7 years old and a rental. So it has a natural 'patina' that comes with use. If you're ok with a few scratches on the outside and missing CarPlay - this was one of my favorite rentals to date. I was worried about the wait time for the parking lot shuttle but we waited all of 10 minutes each way (both during business hours). We had 4-5 adults and a trunk full of luggage and the car hauled us through the crazy LA traffic with comfort and plenty of power. We went from La to Anaheim to La to Anaheim back to LA with several small trips and still ended with 1/3 a tank. With gas prices in the $5.50 range our entire week was under $70 in gas - unheard of gas mileage for a car of this size. Interior was comfy and the charging cords a great added bonus. The only complaint was the phone holder requires a pop socket which I don't have so my phone slide all over but we figured it out. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Elena again - I hope the Lexus is available next time we're in town!!! Thank you Elena for the wonderful ride!!

Andrii was a terrific host. He was very responsive, very accommodating, and most importantly a very nice person. He gave me great instructions for picking up the suv, delivering it extremely clean with a full tank of gas, and in a convenient location. He went out of his way to accommodate my early return, and was super nice throughout the whole process. The Lexus handled well, great pickup, and was very comfortable on the highway and on local roads. Andrii is a true asset to Turo, and I would be happy to rent from him again! This had to be one of the easiest experience in selecting and then driving off with a suv. I would highly recommend this person.

We had an amazing trip. Victor's Lexus worked out great for us. We mistakenly forgot to put the cargo cover back in the tailgate when we returned the car. Victor was very understanding and allowed us to drop the cover off the next day. We would definitely rent from Victor again, and recommend to others.

Wonderful experience with Carlos and his Lexus SUV. We requested a car seat for our toddler and what Carlos provided was perfect. He communicated quickly, provided good instructions on pick up / drop off, and overall made the rental experience pleasant.
