Car handles well. It was decently clean. And it’s parked so far from the actual airport…. You have to get on a shuttle bus to long term parking, to then go to a parking lot that is massive to then did. The cat. It’s an hour long process. It’s also very old technology (no Apple car play).
Overpriced IMO for what you get.

I strongly disagree with this review. The Lexus was thoroughly cleaned inside and out before delivery. It is clearly listed as a 2019 model, so expecting newer technology is unreasonable. CLT’s long-term parking and shuttle service are operated by the airport; I cannot control shuttle wait times. I’ve used this parking for years without issues or similar guest complaints. The vehicle was returned with only half a tank, and the fuel charge simply covered what was not replaced under Turo’s policy.
