Great guest zero issues
Although the instructions to find this vehicle were simple, which is why I'm rating this two stars instead of 1, it was extremely disappointing to rent this vehicle for business and to not be able to use it. The car wreaked of marijuana and we found a used blunt in the backseat. We immediately informed the host and he said that it must have been the other passenger and that he would refund. Still waiting for the refund. I had no time to bring this car back and rebook with someone else because I was in meetings all day. There was no effort to resolve the matter. I'm really disappointed with my experience with Donald and very doubtful I will be booking this vehicle again.

this car is used 100% for rentals
there's a lot of people who don't not respect other people's property or pay attention to rules. there's no smoking in our vehicles. But the problem is people do
and break the rules unfortunately
we do our very best to get the odor removed from the vehicle, but as you can imagine its not easy to do that especially when it is going right back out
since this trip we have remove the odor from this vehicle and its ready for pickup
I really enjoyed the service .. host is very respectful and patient
