The host was extremely kind, responsive, and flexible throughout my trip. I had to extend my reservation due to some last-minute changes, and they were very understanding and accommodating. The car was fairly clean overall. There were a few minor scratches on the interior and exterior, but nothing that affected the experience. Pickup and drop-off were both simple and convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely rent from this host again.

The car was great. Even though it had a lot of miles it was well taken care of, and drives very smooth. Did not have a single issue. The host was very respectful and answered all my questions quickly. I would recommend checking them out. Only downsides, the car had a smell of cigarette smoke, and during pickup the car was not at the location I selected it to be on the app when reserving the trip. Host told me it was an issue with the Turo app. I had to travel an additional 15 minutes to pick up the car from where it said it would be. It wasnt a huge deal for me personally, but that could be a problem for someone traveling, without a way to get there. Either way I recommend this host and I will certainly consider them again if I need to rent another car!

I rented this Toyota bZ4X even though I’m not normally an electric vehicle driver, and it ended up being a much better experience than I expected. The vehicle was exceptionally clean, very smart, easy to drive, and surprisingly spacious inside. For charging, I found Electrify America stations to be the best option—they were much faster and more reliable than other chargers I tried. Pickup and return were both simple and hassle-free. My only suggestion is to avoid picking up the car after dark, as it can be a little difficult to locate it in the parking lot at Dulles airport. Overall, this was a great rental, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone.

The car was smooth and great to drive. Really liked it. Pickup and drop off was very smooth. Cost money getting out of garage but host gave credit back to account for parking. Really zero issues and was able to ask host questions as needed. Would rent from this host again.
