Mehmet made it super easy for our family vacation. He went above and beyond by meeting us at Dulles Airport arrivals and picking us up at the door, then took us to the nearest gas station for checkout and handover of the keys. The Honda Pilot was freshly washed and had a full tank of gas. He communicated with us promptly throughout the entire trip. What really stood out was his reliability — every detail was handled exactly as promised, with no surprises. He also met us for departure at 6 AM on a Sunday to pick up the car and take us back to the airport. I would definitely work with him again — super experience!

I loved that it was nice and small for getting around the city and into small parking spots (versus an SUV). It was very clean and nice inside and drove great! Pickup and delivery went smooth, and this was my first time using Turo!

This was the best car I had on Turo, he was pretty thorough and anal lol but communication was good, it was a good price, clean, had all the bells and whistles, smelled good, gps navigation, great on gas, Bluetooth, wide view backup camera and other options, cameras on the side to see the distance of things, low mileage, smooth, clean and comfortable. I will rent again!!
