We rented a car for a couple of days for our vacation trip. The rental process through Turo was very easy, and the car’s location was great, it was only about 10 minutes from my house.
The host was very friendly and gave me detailed instructions about the car. The car was very comfortable and drove smoothly. It also had great safety alert features, which I really loved.
We returned the car a couple of hours before the scheduled return time, and everything went smoothly. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely rent from this host again!

I needed a minivan to pick up our kids and some others from summer camp when ours broke down. This Turo minivan was a basic model and was clean on the inside, but the CarPlay did not work for navigation, the Bluetooth calling did not work for hands free calling, and although not a huge deal since I was just making a camp run, I was surprised the exterior had not been washed and had several large bird-dropping splatters on the sides when I picked it up.
Before the trip, the host agreed to move back the pickup time, then also modify the return time - this should have allowed me to still have the vehicle for a full 24-hour period.
Unfortunately, he never updated either time in the Turo app. I stayed in contact with him throughout the reservation, but because the app had the wrong pick up time, I was charged for extra time despite only having the van 24 hours.
To make matters worse, although I was charged for the additional time, the mileage allowance was not increased to match that extra time, resulting in an additional charge for excess miles. I simply asked the host to either update the reservation to reflect the agreed-upon times or provide the additional mileage that should have accompanied the extra time.
Instead of helping resolve the issue, the host blamed everything on Turo, claimed Turo made him charge for the miles (I learned that was not true) and then stopped responding to my messages asking for help. A simple update to the reservation or willingness to work with customer support could have prevented the entire situation.
The vehicle itself was adequate, but the host's lack of communication, claims for extra charges that were not valid, and unwillingness to help after agreeing to modify the reservation times left me with a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this host.

The vehicle was absolutely clean inside out upon delivery as can be seen in the pictures taken by the guest. The bookings are done by TURO platform and hence billed accordingly.
Enjoyed thoroughly. Great service by Ravi, very friendly and excellent car.
