Host was amazing! Very communicative and nice. Car also was in great condition but the drivers side seatbelt panel came off while I was driving but the seatbelt itself was not affected. Probably just needs a replacement panel and it’s good to go. Had a lot of cool features on the vehicle as well! This is the 2nd tesla I’ve rented and the only one that had a lot of the features unlocked!
Had this Tesla Model Y during Christmas break and it was perfect. The car was spotless, drove smooth, and the range was more than enough for everything I needed. Pickup and return were easy, and the host was responsive and professional the whole time. Would absolutely rent again. Great experience overall.

Everything was perfect! I had a situation with a car that I was using and Clint saved me ! I was able to rent his car right away. Pick up and drop off was smooth, any questions or concerns he was always available. First time using a Tesla and it turned out to be great.

The interior of the vehicle was clean and smelled fresh. The exterior has noticeable wear including one large front windshield crack and a dent on the hatchback. The previous guest had disabled Full Self-Driving (FSD), which was the primary reason I rented this vehicle for a business trip to Arizona. It was very frustrating to learn this shortly before the trip began, when it was too late to find an alternative. I also noticed the vehicle seemed to issue driver-attention warnings more frequently than expected, which may make it easier for FSD to become disabled. That said, the host communicated quickly and even called to notify me that FSD had been disabled, which I appreciated. While this experience made me less likely to rent another Tesla, I would rent from this host again due to their responsiveness and professionalism and overall appreciation of my understanding of inconvenience. For future guests, it may be helpful for the listing to mention that FSD availability can be affected if a previous renter disables the feature.
