Thien’s communication and flexibility was fantastic! He allowed to adjust our drop off location and was flexible with our times. The Toyota Forerunner was in excellent condition. It was very clean! The car ran great and we felt safe driving our family around New Mexico for 9 days. The windshield received a small chip when we were driving. I submitted a claim through Turo. Thien was able to take care of the crack. I highly recommend using Thien for your car rental needs.

I had a slight emergency and Thein worked with me to ensure I could still have safe and reliable transportation. He is very responsive. The car was immaculate and clean and ran great.
