Great experience from start to finish! The car was clean, well-maintained, and drove perfectly. Exactly what I needed for my trip. Ganiyu was friendly, responsive, and very easy to work with, which made pickup and drop-off seamless. I would absolutely rent this car again and highly recommend both the vehicle and the host to anyone looking for a smooth, reliable Turo rental.

Chevrolet Traverse 2018

It was a great car! Had a great time. Only thing is we were about 45 mins late, which got us an upcharge of $130. And then host uploaded a pic of a cigarette with a white filter butt and the window excessively covered in like ashing out the window type of marks which in my own car I use an ashtray because doing that could potentially lead to it flying back in and burning seats or floor, so that's something I wouldn't of done, super confusing because 1. The type I smoke has a yellow filter butt(Marlboro Reds) and 2. I made a point to ABSOLUTELY NOT smoke in the car, as turo policy. And got hit with $160 smoking fee! I would've desputed it especially because I mean I was driving 14+ hours and was 21 mins from the drop off and there was no understanding, but for 1 I didn't upload my own photos I just went thru and added the ones owner had already uploaded, but I did leave a mess as I was traveling with 2 kids and wished I had some time to clean up after ourselves but there was no way. Other than that it was a great car, comfortable, there was a lot of broken window glass where the spare tire was because my kids dropped some tiny toys between the seats and they fell down and had a melt down so had to get under to grab them that's when seen all the broken window glass, kinda dangerous especially if u had to use it it was an excessive amount that could be easily vacuumed. But like I said it was a great car, comfortable and just had some weird stuff come up after the fact. Would definitely recommend if ur traveling long distance as it is comfortable! But I encourage take it own photos even tho it seems convenient to use owners photos.
