We really enjoyed our Tesla rental! The car was a blast to drive. The smooth, quiet ride, impressive acceleration, and fantastic sound system all made for a great experience. We especially enjoyed exploring the Full Self-Driving features and all the technology, including Grok. Renting was the perfect opportunity to experience a Tesla before deciding whether to purchase one ourselves.
Marcus was wonderful to rent from—friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. We really appreciated his hospitality.
Our only frustration was with Turo itself. Despite numerous attempts, I could never get the app to recognize my reservation on my phone and could only access it through my computer. This was entirely a Turo issue and had nothing to do with Marcus or the car.
