Car was clean, ready, just as advertised. Needs a new windshield, but other than that, it’s great. Full self driving is really cool.

The interior of the vehicle was clean and smelled fresh. The exterior has noticeable wear including one large front windshield crack and a dent on the hatchback.
The previous guest had disabled Full Self-Driving (FSD), which was the primary reason I rented this vehicle for a business trip to Arizona. It was very frustrating to learn this shortly before the trip began, when it was too late to find an alternative.
I also noticed the vehicle seemed to issue driver-attention warnings more frequently than expected, which may make it easier for FSD to become disabled.
That said, the host communicated quickly and even called to notify me that FSD had been disabled, which I appreciated. While this experience made me less likely to rent another Tesla, I would rent from this host again due to their responsiveness and professionalism and overall appreciation of my understanding of inconvenience.
For future guests, it may be helpful for the listing to mention that FSD availability can be affected if a previous renter disables the feature.
