How do I get paid?

We’ll deposit your earnings directly into your bank account weekly. You can securely give us your bank details on your personal earnings page.

Is my car eligible?

Your car must meet our eligibility requirements, be legally registered, and free of mechanical issues. It also must be in at least “fair” condition and have fewer than 100,000 miles.

How many miles are included?

Monthly parking reservations include 2,000 miles per month. If the traveler exceeds the miles included, we’ll pay you $0.56 for every additional mile to cover any extra wear-and-tear.

Where do I drop off my car?

Drop off and pick up your car at our airport parking lot at the time of your reservation. An attendant will be there to welcome you. The SFO lot is located at the Aloft Hotel and the LAX lot is located at the Custom Hotel.

What does basic maintenance include?

What if I need more than basic maintenance?

We’ll bring your car to our network of licensed providers periodically. If it needs any additional maintenance, we’ll contact you or your authorized custodian to approve and coordinate the work.

Should I keep my personal insurance?

Absolutely. All Turo car owners must comply with any and all applicable laws and regulations, including registration and minimum insurance requirements for your car. More information on our support page.
