This week long trip was extra special because of my experience with Turo and my host, Srdjan. The car was clean and so comfortable to drive. Great legroom, all the bells and whistles I wasn’t use to. Easy pick up and return as well. He was super accommodating and so helpful. The car was like floating on a cloud compared to my Nissan Pathfinder 2011 🤣 Definitely my first choice if needing a car rental would be “Choosing Turo”!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding Turo experience! Jesse was, without a doubt, the best Turo host I have ever worked with. He was incredibly responsive from the very beginning and remained hyper-responsive, professional, and helpful throughout our entire rental. Unfortunately, we were rear-ended during our trip, which was an incredibly stressful situation. Jesse could have easily made the situation more difficult, but instead, he was calm, understanding, professional, and extremely helpful every step of the way. He communicated quickly, answered every question I had, and genuinely helped us navigate what was already a very stressful circumstance. The Tesla Model 3 was exactly as described, clean ( not just clean but detailed meticulously like it just came from the dealership brand new clean), well-maintained, smelled great!! ( I ordered the drift car refreshers for my car because I liked them so much) and a pleasure to drive. This guy pays attention to detail! But honestly, what stood out most was Jesse as a host. You can tell a lot about someone by how they handle things when something goes wrong, and Jesse handled everything exceptionally well. I have rented through Turo before, but this was hands-down the best Turo experience I’ve ever had. I would absolutely rent from Jesse again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, responsive, and professional host. Thank you, Jesse, for making a difficult situation so much easier. You were fantastic to work with!
This was our first time with Turo and Jared was awesome for keeping us informed on what to do and where to go to find the car. The car for being a 2020 was exceptionally clean and was like driving a new car. We were traveling with our 3yr and Jared was able to provide a 3 in 1 car seat for her which saved us from dragging one with us on the plane (it was exceptionally clean and like new as well). One other perk of the car was it was an hybrid so I think we also saved on gas for our week long trip. This was just a great car rental experience for us I would recommend Jared rental to anyone.
Worked perfectly! Getting there from the airport was a bit of a headache. But I managed and once there, everything was great. And the price couldn’t be beat! Will use Turo again for sure.
