Was a little confused on the pick up location. This was my first time renting a car this way. I didn’t know if the car would be in a reserve spot. We’re on the street. The car got me too, and from my destination. Easier than renting a car from a major car rental company… and more affordable!
The host was absolutely amazing! They left me a snack and a gift card in the car at the beginning of the trip. They responded quickly and let me return the car a day early, as my trip ended earlier than I anticipated. The car worked perfect, and the gas mileage was excellent. I would recommended this car and host to everyone, and if I’m ever back in the area I would rent a car from them again!
