I rented this van to take my family, for my youngest daughter after she graduated high school down to Galveston Island to celebrate all her accomplishments, including being accepted into the Veterinary Technician program at Weatherford College, where she will continue her studies. We had an absolute blast and having this van with all its capabilities and safety features like all wheel drive and others. By the way if you are worried about driving a big van and not being comfortable driving in traffic or the city or with a small 5’x8’ Uhaul trailer to carry our luggage, do not be concerned not one little bit. The vans rear view mirror can be switched from traditional to an actual camera where you can see everything behind you, not only that the backup camera is excellent and my wife was even able to back up and lineup the hitch directly onto the trailer herself. The side mirrors are large there is a large traditional mirror and an extra large fisher on the bottom where you can literally see everywhere around and behind the van I never once questioned if there was room to change lanes or if there was a car in a blind spot because there are literally no blind spots in this van. The van was everything I needed, wanted, expected and then some. The process of renting and return was a breeze. I had an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this company and there services to anyone and I will definitely be using them again on next years vacation to destinations unknown.

The Ford Transit was in great shape and was very spacious for my adult family of 7. We were able to fit all of our bags and luggages for our family trip. The car came clean and was tall enough for us to stand in. The host was awesome and very informative. They were also quick to respond to any concerns which I appreciated a lot. Overall wonderful experience and would rent from this team again!

Van was great. It ran well and did everything I needed, etc. There was an issue with the back tires when returning from my trip and I had to pay for it myself but GenX Autos reimbursed me the next day.

The van was clean and very spacious. It was more than enough for our 7 passengers and luggage. The turbo gasoline engine has no problem keeping up with traffic, and although it is big…it still fits in regular size parking spots. Be aware that it is tall, so no drive thrus! It turns wide too, so be aware that u turns are not advisable. Great van! I want one!
