My biggest disappointment is that the vehicle was wrecked and no one advertised that. Had I known I surely would not have opted for a wrecked vehicle. That was a major issue for me. Going forward I hope the owner will let the customer to know in advance and let the customer decide if they choose to move forward with the lease. When I informed the owner, their response was basically that I could cancel not caring enough to even honor a discount as I requested. At this point canceling was not an option because the trip was planned but had I known 2 weeks in advance, I surely would have canceled, no doubt. I trusted the process because the owner was a small business, such as myself. This was my way of purchasing from another small business in my same industry. Well, I'm not convinced they felt the same. However, the vehicle held up and got us from A to B and back, so a 3 for that. I just will not rent again from them.

Armenthea, the van had a cosmetic hood dent from a bird strike; describing it as “wrecked” is inaccurate. We regret not informing you beforehand. We offered cancellation, but you chose to proceed and, as you confirmed, completed your trip without issues. You were also quite aggressive toward our staff. We understand your frustration, but we expect respectful communication.
