We’re glad you enjoyed the van. We regret the oil change light came on during your trip, but the light coming on is merely to alert you to get the oil changed soon. It in no way jeopardized your trip nor it is it an indication of lack of maintenance. In fact, this van is new to our fleet—yours was the first trip in it with us—so not having maintenance records, we were waiting for the oil change indicator to let us when it was time to get it done (and we have now done it).
