The Ford Transit was in great shape and was very spacious for my adult family of 7. We were able to fit all of our bags and luggages for our family trip. The car came clean and was tall enough for us to stand in. The host was awesome and very informative. They were also quick to respond to any concerns which I appreciated a lot. Overall wonderful experience and would rent from this team again!

Absolutely love this vehicle and renting from Longhorn Staffing was so easy. Needed a large vehicle for a family vacation with plenty of space for everyone and luggage. We had all that and then some. Have already referred several people to rent from this company and definitely will be myself again in the future. Another positive we had a flat and needed to extended out drop off time and was able to do so easily.

We had somw quirky issues with the vehicle on our trip. Nothing that left us stranded, but did affect our itinerary and involved us taking the vehicle to get service. Longhorn was VERY responsive and helpful. They were even nice enough to give a partial refund for the inconvenience. I would definitely rent from them again, but maybe a different vehicle this time.

After your trip, we took it to Ford and all issues were repaired under warranty at no cost. We appreciate your understanding and hope to host you again for a smoother experience.
