The van was perfect for our trip- highly recommend!!

We had somw quirky issues with the vehicle on our trip. Nothing that left us stranded, but did affect our itinerary and involved us taking the vehicle to get service. Longhorn was VERY responsive and helpful. They were even nice enough to give a partial refund for the inconvenience. I would definitely rent from them again, but maybe a different vehicle this time.

After your trip, we took it to Ford and all issues were repaired under warranty at no cost. We appreciate your understanding and hope to host you again for a smoother experience.

Jose was very detailed throughout the whole rental process anyone visiting and in need of big group van this is definitely for you!
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
